Position Summary:

This position is responsible for oversight of the Sales and Marketing Department. The main function of the department is to drive growth and market presence through strategic sales initiatives and targeted marketing campaigns.

BRECOflex CO., L.L.C. is an ISO 9001 certified company.  This role is responsible for learning, understanding and demonstrating ISO 9001 standards through daily work activities.

Skills and Experience:

         Masters or bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or related field, preferred

         Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales management.

         Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles within the industrial automation or manufacturing industry

         Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and market dynamics.

         Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.

o   Demonstrated practical experience driving improvements and defining key objectives with outside and inside sales teams.

        Preferred experience in an industry related to Industrial Automation such as: material handling, packaging or motion control 

o   Inquisitive nature with demonstrated mechanical troubleshooting.

o   Develop specifications for a highly technical custom manufactured product. 

o  Ability to visualize complex machine parts and assembly drawings.

 o  Ability to interpret technical drawings. 

o   Ability to develop specifications for a highly technical custom manufactured product.

         Exceptional written and spoken communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o   Ability to prepare and present data effectively.

o   Candid and constructive input.

         Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft applications

         Proficiency with BRECOflex product line and manufacturing process, after internal training is complete.

         Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision making.

         Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.

Job Functions:

         Strategic Planning:

o   Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with BRECOflex objectives and market trends.

o   Set clear goals and KPIs for sales and marketing team.  

o   Identify key market segments, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to drive business growth.

         Sales Management:

o   Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.

o   Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.  

o   Develop and nurture relationships with prospective customers through effective communication and tailored solutions.

o   Oversee the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.

         Marketing Strategy:  

o   Drive the development of marketing collateral, including printed and digital content to support sales efforts while maintaining brand image.  

o   Leverage market insights and customer feedback to refine product positions and messaging.

o   Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital platforms, trade shows, and industry events. 

o   Analyze campaign performance and market data to optimize marketing tactics and maximize ROI.

         Team Leadership and Development:

o   Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to sales and marketing teams to enhance performance and professional growth.

o   Work in partnership with sales team to develop sales plans and forecasts.

o   Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales and marketing department.

o   Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

         Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o   Collaborate with business, operations, and engineering teams to understand product capabilities and incorporate customer feedback to drive improvements.

o   Work closely with customer service to drive exceptional customer service.

         Follow ISO, 5S, manufacturing, quality, and safety procedures.

         Contribute to continuous improvement activities.

         Other duties as assigned.

Physical/Environmental:

         Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for long periods of time.

         Manufacturing Environment, inclusive of wide temperature swings

         Must be able to Travel throughout North, Central and South America and on rare occasions Europe.
